My roommate just drowned a perfectly good pepperoni pizza in ranch. I told her it's disgusting and now she's acting like I'm the weird one. I need to know if this is a normal thing people do.

i'm not a food snob, i swear. but we ordered pizza tonight and my roommate pulls out a giant bottle of ranch and just smothers her slice. it wasn't a little dip on the side, it was like she was icing a cake. i just stared at her and was like '...what are you doing?' and she said it 'makes it better'. i think this is one of the most controversial food takes i've ever encountered in real life. ngl it lowkey ruined my appetite. i feel like some foods just shouldn't be messed with and a classic pizza is one of them. am i overreacting or is this as bad as i think it is?
