all my forks were dirty and i was extremely tired. my takeout was getting cold. i am not proud of this but a man's gotta eat.

ok so i ordered this amazing pasta and it finally arrived and i was starving. i go to get a fork and they're all in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is mid-cycle. i had zero clean forks. i stood there for a solid minute just staring at the pasta, then staring at the dishwasher. my brain did the math on waiting for the cycle to finish vs my food getting cold. the food was gonna get cold. i am not an animal, i will not eat pasta with my hands. so i opened doordash and found the closest convenience store and yes i ordered one single fork. the dasher was very confused. i feel a little bad but also my pasta was delicious and the perfect temperature.
