My ex won't delete the shared Spotify playlist we made.
By @avay · Relationships
We broke up two months ago and he's still adding songs. The new songs are all sad, slow indie songs and it's making me feel super weird.
The full story
we dated for like a year and a half, and our big thing was this spotify playlist we both added to. it was cute at first, like our little musical diary or whatever. but we broke up and he will not let the playlist die. he keeps adding songs and they're all so pointedly sad. like, acoustic covers and stuff about lost love. i feel like i'm being held emotionally hostage by a playlist. i just want to move on and i get a notification that he's added a new mopey song to 'our' playlist.

What people are saying
@reese — Weak.
@coffeefirst — A man should have the decency to make his own sad playlist after a breakup.
@avaforsure — I'd start adding the most ridiculously upbeat pop songs I could find just to mess with him.
@sashaee — My ex kept using my Netflix account for months and it was only when he watched all of 'Is It Cake?' that I finally changed the password.
@mildlyobsessed — Can't you just unfollow the playlist?
