My boyfriend's friends made a tier list of the group's girlfriends and I'm not happy with my ranking.

His entire friend group made a 'definitive' ranking of all the girlfriends based on things like who is the 'chillest' or 'brings the best snacks'. I got ranked near the bottom and now things are super awkward.

so my bf (28m) has this big group chat with his boys from college and apparently last night they got into this whole debate about their respective gfs. instead of a normal conversation it turned into them making a literal ranked tier list. like s-tier, a-tier, b-tier, etc. and it wasn't just about looks, it was personality, how 'annoying' we are, who is the 'coolest', who tells the best jokes, and even who is best at mario kart. i only found out because my boyfriend let it slip. he thought it was hilarious and tried to show me. i was horrified. i'm apparently b-tier. the reasoning? i 'ask too many questions during movies' and i'm 'too competitive at board games'. one of the guys' new gf of like two months is s-tier because she 'has good music taste' and 'doesn't get mad when he's out late'. another girl is c-tier because she's a vegetarian and it 'makes ordering food complicated'. i'm not actually mad about the ranking itself, like i don't care if they think i'm b-tier, but the fact they did this at all feels so disrespectful and childish. my boyfriend says it was just a joke and i'm taking it too seriously. he was like 'babe it's just locker room talk, it means nothing'. but now i know that his best friend thinks i'm annoying and another one thinks i'm a sore loser at catan. it just feels like it's changed the whole dynamic and i don't know how i'm supposed to hang out with them all this weekend for our fantasy football draft party and pretend i don't know i'm the official 'tries too hard' girlfriend.
