I uninstalled my girlfriend's game because she kept ignoring me for it.

For the last month, every single night has been the same. I come home, and she's glued to her new MMO. I've tried talking, cooking her favorite meals, everything. Last night I'd had enough and while she was sleeping, I uninstalled it from her PC.

The full story

My girlfriend and I have been together for three years. About a month ago, her friends got her into this massive online multiplayer game. At first it was fine, just a couple hours here and there. But it's become an obsession. For the past month, I feel like I'm living with a roommate, not a girlfriend. I come home from work and she's already logged in, headset on, talking to her guild. I'll ask about her day and get one-word answers. I've tried to be supportive. I've brought her snacks, made sure she drinks water, even tried watching her play. But there's no 'us' time anymore. Our date nights are gone. We don't watch shows together. We barely even have a real conversation. I've brought it up nicely multiple times. I've said I feel lonely and that I miss her. She always says 'I know, I know, just let me finish this raid' or 'It's a limited-time event, it won't be like this forever.' But it's been a month. Last night, she stayed up until 3 AM playing. I couldn't sleep because of the clicking and her talking. I felt completely invisible. So, after she finally went to bed, I went to her computer and uninstalled the game. It was about 70 gigs, took forever. I know she's going to flip out when she wakes up and sees it's gone. But I feel like I had no other choice to get her attention. I just want my girlfriend back.
