The commissioner of my fantasy league wants to veto my trade for being 'too good'.

I put together a trade that was a complete fleece, but both sides agreed. Now the commish is saying it's not fair to the rest of the league and is threatening to block it.

I'm in a pretty serious fantasy football league with a bunch of my friends from college. We've been doing this for about 8 years now, and for the most part, it's been great. This year, though, our commissioner is on a power trip. I just pulled off what might be the trade of the century. I'm trading away a running back who's been decent but has a tough schedule coming up, plus a receiver who's been riding my bench. In return, I'm getting an absolute stud RB1 from a guy whose team has been hit hard by injuries and is in full rebuild mode. He's desperate for depth and I had it to offer. We talked it over, he proposed the final deal, and I hit accept so fast I almost broke my phone screen. It's a classic win-win for our respective situations, even if it looks lopsided on paper. About an hour later, I get a text from the commish. they says the trade is 'collusion-adjacent' and 'too lopsided to be good for the league's competitive balance.' He's claiming it's his job to protect the league from itself and that a trade this unfair shouldn't be allowed to go through, even if both owners agreed to it. they says he's going to put it to a league vote, but that he's going to campaign to have it vetoed. My argument is that there was no collusion. I negotiated in good faith and the other guy made a decision for his team. We're all adults here. It's not my fault he valued my players differently than the commish does. Vetoes are for cheating and obvious collusion, not for trades you just don't like. Am I wrong for thinking the commish is out of line here?
