Our fantasy football league commish is trying to ban trade vetoes.

they says vetoes are just for people to complain when they miss out on a good trade. A few of us think that's the whole point, it stops the league from getting lopsided if someone makes a dumb move.

Been in this league for ten years. The commissioner just proposed a new rule to get rid of all trade vetoes. His argument is that it's not our job to protect other managers from making bad trades. If two people agree to it, it should go through, period. I'm against it. We've had trades in the past that were so one-sided they almost ruined the season. The veto is there to stop that stuff. He's acting like we're just crybabies, but it's about keeping the league competitive for everyone, not just the guys who pull off a fleece.
