He doesn't ask, he just walks onto my patio and fires it up. I went outside yesterday and he was just flipping burgers like it was his own backyard.

It's not the first time. I've come home to it still warm, sometimes with food bits still on the grate. It's a nice grill, I paid good money for it. I feel like I can't even say anything because we have to live next to each other, but it's getting on my nerves. It's the principle of the thing. You ask before you use someone's property. Simple as that. Is this worth starting a problem over or should I just let it go?
