My girlfriend started 'rounding up' her half of the rent.

She just told me that for the last few months, she's been rounding up her half of our rent and bills by about $20 and putting the extra into a separate account. I hadn't even noticed the small difference.

She showed me the account today and there's a few hundred bucks in it. Her plan is to use it for a nice dinner out or a weekend trip for us when we're feeling broke or stressed. It's not a huge amount of money, but it was just a really thoughtful thing to do. they said she wanted to build a little 'fun fund' for us without me having to worry or budget for it. Honestly, it's one of the sweetest things anyone's ever done for me.
