She confirmed months ago but texted the group chat a few days before we flew out saying she suddenly 'had too much going on.' The whole house was non-refundable, so the 5 of us had to split her $400 share. I was the one who told her she still owed the money and she's acting like I'm a monster. Am I really wrong for expecting her to pay for something she committed to?
