I made my cat a 'co-host' for my weekly stream and now it's a problem.

i do a small, chill gaming stream for a few friends. a few weeks ago for a bit i put my cat on screen with a little graphic that said 'co-host'. now if he isn't there people spam the chat asking where he is.

this was supposed to be a one-time joke. i stream Tears of the Kingdom and my cat jumped in my lap, so i made a quick graphic on my phone and held it up. everyone thought it was hilarious. but now it's like he's the main character. if he's sleeping in another room, people get genuinely upset. someone even said they only watch for him. am i cooked? do i have to make my cat part of my streaming career now? this is so dumb lol.
