He was getting really aggressive and yelling at her and i got scared. Now my roommate is saying I overreacted and made things worse, and that I need to find a new place to live.

i'm still shaking tbh. her bf has a temper but it's never been this bad. he was cornering her in the kitchen and screaming in her face, and when i tried to step in he got in my face too. i locked myself in my room and called for help bc i genuinely thought he was going to hurt her. the cops came and he left, but now my roommate is livid at ME. she says i escalated it and embarrassed her, and that she can't trust me anymore. now she's telling me i have to be out by the end of the month.
