literally happens every time. we go out, someone orders a bunch of stuff, drinks more, gets the expensive entree, and then when the bill comes it's all 'let's just make it easy and split it evenly'. no. i am tired of paying for your steak when i got a chicken caesar. it's the principle. my friend said i was being petty and creating bad vibes by asking the waiter to split my meal out separately. am i cooked for this? it feels insane to have to say 'no i will not pay for the food you ate'.
