I get it if you're going for a personal record on a deadlift. But someone doing cable rows with moderate weight should not be screaming like they're trying to save the world. It feels so fake and performative. It's distracting and honestly just kind of embarrassing to be near. Am I the only one who feels this way or am I just the fun police?
