My best friend of 10 years announced her pregnancy at my engagement party. In the middle of the toasts. My fiancé and I had just finished thanking everyone for coming, and she grabbed the champagne glass to 'add something.' I thought she was going to share a nice memory. Instead, she announced she was 12 weeks pregnant. The whole room's attention just shifted. The rest of the night, half the conversations were about her baby. It's not forgivable and she doesn't get why I'm still furious.
