I'm the commissioner of our 12-team fantasy league and I'm trying to get everyone to approve the change. Half the league is freaking out, saying it'll ruin the draft and make QBs way too overpowered.

Our league has gotten so stale. Everyone just follows the same cookie-cutter draft strategy and the same guys win every year. A Superflex spot (where you can start a QB in your flex) would actually force people to make tough decisions and add a whole new layer of strategy. The group chat is melting down. People are saying it's 'not fair' to the guys who don't get a top QB, but the rules are the same for everyone! They're just scared they'll have to actually try this year instead of coasting. It's a game of skill, right? Am I cooked for pushing this?
