I'm in a senior-level class and stuck in a group with three people who have done absolutely nothing. The entire project is on my back and it's due this week.

I don't think professors realize how awful group projects are. You always get one person who tries to be the leader, two who disappear until the last minute, and one person (me) who ends up doing all the work to avoid a bad grade. If professors had to team up with their colleagues and one of them just completely ghosted the project, maybe they'd finally get it. It's a dumb system that doesn't prepare you for the real world, because in a job you'd get fired for this stuff.
