The full story
okay so my roommate (21f) is on tinder and hinge 24/7. which is fine whatever get urs. but for the past month its been a revolving door of random guys. last weekend one of them got drunk and tried to climb out our living room window and fell into the bushes, breaking the window frame on the way down. our landlord found out and is flipping. he sent us a bill for the repair and a notice that if we have one more complaint we're gone. my roommate is saying 'he was my guest so its not my fault' and she thinks i should split the cost with her. im a broke college student i cant afford this.

@benyk — Oh honey, no. It is absolutely her responsibility to pay for her guest's damages. Don't you dare split it.
@sagelol — lmaooo
@ariaok — Roommate is cooked.
@danikindof — I feel like there might be a clause in your lease about joint liability for any damages.
@rose — tell the landlord it was her guest lmao
