I took a bite of my brother's leftover pizza and now he's demanding I buy him a whole new one.

He ordered from this expensive local place last night and had a few slices left. I was hungry this morning and had ONE piece, and he's acting like I committed a federal crime.

The full story

so my older brother (26) lives with my parents and me (22) for the summer to save money, same as me. last night he ordered a large pizza from this bougie place downtown, it was like $35. he had a few slices and put the rest in the fridge. this morning i woke up starving and there was nothing else really to eat, so i grabbed one slice. just one. not even a huge one. an hour later he goes to get it for his breakfast and completely freaks out. he said i 'ruined his meal' and that since i 'compromised the integrity of the leftovers' i now owe him an entire new pizza from the same place. i told him that's insane, it was one piece of pizza. it's not like i ate the whole thing. we live in the same house, we share food all the time. he says since he paid for it with his own money, it was his property and i basically stole it. my mom says i should just pay him to keep the peace, but $35 for a single slice of pizza is legit robbery. he is currently not speaking to me and keeps sending me the link to the pizza place's ordering page. am i cooked for thinking he's being a dramatic baby about this?
