I think my roommate is secretly replacing my expensive olive oil with a cheap one.
By @judekindof · Petty or Nah
I buy the good stuff, the fancy cold-pressed kind. For the past month, it's been tasting... off. And the bottle seems to be draining way faster than usual.
The full story
Okay, I sound crazy, I know. I bought this really nice, $40 bottle of olive oil because I'm into cooking. My roommate, who deep-fries everything, said she'd 'just use a splash sometimes.' Fine. But for the last few weeks, my salads have tasted like plastic. And the bottle, which should last me months, is half empty. Last night, I swear I saw a giant, cheap-looking plastic jug of olive oil from the store peeking out of the grocery bag in her room. I think she's using all my good stuff and refilling my fancy bottle with trash oil. I'm losing my mind.
