I need a polite way to tell my roommate to kick their sibling off our Netflix.

We split streaming accounts to save money, which was working fine. Now, half the time I try to watch something it says too many screens are in use, and I'm pretty sure it's their younger brother who doesn't even live here.
The full story
ok so me and my roommate have been splitting streaming accounts since we moved in together to save money, it's been great. i pay for hulu, they pay for netflix, we share both. but for the last month or so, probably half the time i go to use our netflix it says the account is being used on too many screens. i did some lowkey detective work (aka looked at the 'who's watching' screen) and there's a new profile that's just my roommate's little brother's name. he's in high school and lives like 3 hours away. i'm almost certain my roommate just gave him the password, which like, fine in theory, but now it's kicking me off the account we agreed to share. i don't wanna be that person and make a big deal out of it bc it's not like i'm paying for that specific one directly, but we have a system! and tbh after a full day of classes and work i just wanna watch my show without getting an error message. how do i even bring this up without seeming like a super cheap jerk? like "hey can you tell your 16 year old brother to log out?" sounds so aggressive. suggestions welcome.

What people are saying
@milo — my old roommate did this with our HBO password and then her sister's weird bf started watching stuff on my profile and messing up my algorithm lol
@sashalol — You're not the one paying for it, you don't really get a vote.
@kara — This is a classic case of them violating a boundary you both agreed on.
@jettlately — I'd change the hulu password and just say 'oops must be a bug!' when they ask about it.
@nicolol — lmaooo
