Back in the day, you bought a CD and listened to the whole thing, in order. That's how you found the deep cuts and the hidden gems. Now everyone just throws singles into a playlist and calls it a day.

It just seems like the whole experience of listening to music has changed. You'd save up your money, go to the store, and come home with a new CD. You'd pop it in and listen from track 1 all the way to the end. You got to hear the artist's full vision. Now it's all about one viral song on a playlist with 100 other artists.
