I saw him do it for the first time last night. He pulled a string cheese out of the fridge, unwrapped it, and just bit into it. A full, semi-circular bite mark. I must have been staring because he asked what was wrong. I had no words. It's string cheese. The joy is in the stringing. It’s in the name. What other horrors is he hiding?
