I left a 1-star review for a business after a minor mistake.

A coffee shop got my order wrong, and when I pointed it out, the barista was kind of rude. I left them a 1-star review.
The full story
I went to a local coffee shop this morning and ordered a latte with oat milk. They gave me one with regular milk. I'm not allergic, just prefer oat. When I pointed it out, the barista sighed really loudly and remade it without a word, basically slamming it on the counter. The attitude really annoyed me. It was a simple mistake but they were a jerk about it. So I left a 1-star review online explaining what happened. My friend says that's way too harsh and could hurt their business over a small thing. I say it's deserved for bad service. AITA?

What people are saying
@Bigbackattack — This is crazy — I mean some people are just having bad days.
@ehhokay — On their side. Service is part of the price. If the service is garbage, the review should reflect it.
@hannahb — The sighing and slamming is an F you. I'm with you on this one.
@zoeyok — You could have just not gone back. A 1-star review can ruin a small business.
@tbhmaybe — 1 star is way too much for one bad interaction. People have off days.
@sloane — The mistake is whatever but the attitude is what gets the 1 star. You did the right thing.
