At what point is leaving a work truck trashed just a sign of disrespect?

I share a work truck with another guy, and every time it's my turn, it's a disaster zone. I'm talking empty food bags, mud on the seats, and the gas tank always on fumes.

I'm a service tech. We have a few trucks we share. This one guy, whatever. He's younger. But he’s a slob. It’s not just a little messy. It’s disgusting. I get in the truck first thing in the morning and there's fast food bags from his dinner the night before, empty energy drink cans rolling around on the floor, and half the time the radio is blasting something awful. I've asked him nicely to clean up his mess. I've asked him a not-so-nice way. I told our shift supervisor, who just said to 'work it out.' The biggest thing is the gas. Multiple times I've had to make a stop for gas on company time before I can even get to my first job because he leaves it on empty. Last week was the last straw for me. I got in, truck's a mess like usual, but when I turn the key, nothing. He left an interior light on and the battery was dead. I lost an hour waiting for a jump and got chewed out for being late to a priority call. I'm thinking about just taking all his trash and dumping it in the cab of his personal car. Too far?
