at what point is a group chat just one person performing for an audience?

The gc for my friend group has one person who sends like 30 messages in a row. We're trying to figure out plans for the 4th and they're just live-blogging their day.

istg every time someone tries to ask a real question like 'what time are we meeting up' it gets buried under 15 tiktoks and a story about their starbucks order. like read the room maybe? im lowkey about to just mute the whole thing but then i'll miss the actual plans. it's giving main character energy and the rest of us are just npcs. half my notifications are just me reacting to their messages so they know i'm still alive.
