Remember trading snacks at the lunch table in school?

My coworkers were talking about this. I said I'd trade my whole lunch for a pack of Dunkaroos or a Fruit Roll-Up, no question. The younger ones looked at me like I was insane.

They just don't get it. A homemade sandwich was worthless. But if you had one of those premier, foil-wrapped snacks? You were a king for the day. Gushers, Handi-Snacks with the little red stick, String Thing. That was currency. My coworker said his mom never packed him any of that stuff and he felt left out his whole childhood. I get it.
