My coworker just threw me under the bus in a team meeting.

I was venting to her in private about being annoyed with a project, and she repeated it in front of our manager and the whole team.

I am still shaking. I was complaining to a coworker I thought was my friend about how this new project feels like a pointless time-suck. It was a private chat, just venting. And then we get into the weekly team meeting and my manager asks for 'honest feedback'. Dead silence. And then my 'friend' pipes up and says, 'Well, not everyone is on board. Reese, weren't you just saying this was a complete waste of time?' She smiled while she said it. The whole room just turned to look at me. My manager's face was unreadable. I've never wanted to evaporate more in my entire life.
