I bought a specific, expensive hot sauce that I like. He has his own basic one at his desk that he never touches. He just grabs mine. I tried moving it into my drawer, and he literally asked me to get it out. At this point it feels like a power move. I don't want to make it a whole HR thing because it sounds insane when I say it out loud, but it's annoying. It's my sauce. Get your own.
