Hot take but people who put their empty yogurt cups in the sink instead of the trash are menaces.
By @yaraforsure · Hot Takes
My fantasy football league's punishment this year is that the loser has to do the winner's dishes for a month. Great, except the guy who won lives like a raccoon. His sink is always full of cups and containers he could have just thrown away.
The full story
It's not even about the food grime, it's the principle. The trash can is literally two feet from the sink. Instead, he fills a perfectly good cup with water and leaves it to get gross for me to deal with. It's like he thinks the sink is a magic portal to a dishwasher that accepts garbage. I'm doing the punishment, whatever, but this feels like cruel and unusual on top of it. they says 'all dishes go in the sink,' I say 'that's not a dish, it's trash.'
